30 day Paleo Challenge June 2013

30 day Paleo Challenge is meant for you to eat strict Paleo and not cheat. It is only 30 days, thats it. If you put your mind to it you can achieve the goal. This blog will help you along the way with recipes and fun facts, so stay posted.

The challenge will began at 00:00 1 June, 2013. 

Paleo = Lean meats, seafood, vegetables, little fruit and healthy fats, nuts and seeds. If you are questioning it, it is probably not Paleo but you can ask at your next class.

The winner will be determined by 2 factors.

Before and After Pictures will be taken. You can do this on your own or we can. After the challenge pictures will be posted and voted on by our peers. I would recommend wearing the same style of clothing before and after.


You will perform the workout "Helen" and 1 rep max Clean and Jerk to start the challenge and will redo it at the end and we will see any progress.
